Our Approach
We value the power of teamwork in holistic care
Every single one of our kiddos is assigned a dedicated Care Team consisting of:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Minimum of two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
By implementing Care Teams, we ensure that your child receives consistent services without any provider cancellations. From the very beginning, our Care Team approach focuses on generalization programming, which helps develop a wide range of skills for our clients
Your Care Team collaborates with a network of consulting providers, including psychiatrists, speech/language pathologists, school psychologists, and occupational therapists
We prioritize working with your existing team of providers, such as education staff. This collaborative effort ensures a truly comprehensive and coordinated plan of care for you
